I don't usually take the time to write these reviews, but I am so disgusted with this company that I felt it was necessary. I am disgusted with this company that took a perfectly great product and software package and by prostituting themselves, have ruined the entire process and package. They have banker's hours, and then you can't even speak to anyone. Add this to the fact that customer service and support is basically non-existent. Incremental downloading can be set-up and managed automatically by the application, or users can control the download process manually.When I sign into the cloud service, I can't even get a scan button to appear anywhere on the page, and I am completely unable to use the software or my scanner.
